Click Create an Account on the homepage, enter your email address and a password (minimum 6 characters), then verify your email. Once verified, you'll have immediate access to your dashboard on the free plan.

Free accounts have access to basic URL submission with limited daily quotas. To unlock bulk processing, premium key rotation, and priority indexing, upgrade to a paid plan.

1. Log in to your dashboard.
2. Paste your backlink URLs (one per line) into the Enter Backlink URLs field.
3. Select your target search engines (Google, Bing, Yandex, Yahoo, and 50+ others).
4. Optionally enable Verify Backlinks First to run a web crawl check before submission.
5. Click Initiate Bulk Indexing Run and monitor your progress in the Live Console Log.

Yes. In the Indexing Configuration section, expand Use Custom Credentials and paste your Google Service Account JSON key. This is optional — by default, LinkRaptor uses its rotating key pool so you don't have to manage your own credentials.

The Admin Key Pool allows rotation through multiple Google Service Account keys, bypassing the standard 200 URL/day quota per key. Each key uploaded to the pool is automatically rotated across indexing jobs to maximize throughput.

After each indexing run, LinkRaptor generates three types of booster feeds unique to that job:

• Google News RSS Feed — For news crawler attraction
• XML News Sitemap — Structured sitemap for crawler discovery
• HTML Link Feed — A crawlable HTML page listing your submitted URLs

You can copy and submit these feeds manually for additional indexing signals.

The Index Checker tool lets you verify whether specific URLs have been indexed by Google. Paste your URLs into the checker (one per line) and click Check Index Status. Results are saved in your Indexation Check History.

Go to Indexing History in your dashboard. Each row shows the Job ID, date created, indexing methods used, total URLs, success/fail counts, and current status. Click on any job to view full details including per-URL API responses and timestamps.

The Success Rate in your dashboard reflects the percentage of submitted URLs that received a confirmed crawl dispatch signal. Note that a confirmed dispatch does not guarantee Google will display the page — final indexing decisions are made by Google's own algorithms.

In the Live Console Log & Progress panel, click Export Logs after your run completes to download a copy of the session output.

All paid plans include Google Indexing API access, IndexNow feeds, XML-RPC pings to 50+ search engines, rotating API key pool access, and the Google Index Checker.

Go to Pricing Plans in your dashboard and select the plan that fits your needs. Payments are processed securely via PayPal.

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your account will remain active and fully functional until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Due to the instant nature of API requests, server compute resources, and ping protocols executed at the time of job submission, we do not issue refunds for processed links or active subscription credits. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact our support team and we'll review your case.

Refer new paying customers using your unique affiliate link and earn a 30% recurring commission on every active subscription they maintain. Commissions are paid out manually via PayPal.

Go to Affiliate Center in your dashboard. Your unique referral link is displayed at the top of the page. Share it on your blog, social media, or with your network.

Payouts are processed manually. Once your Pending Payout balance reaches a payable threshold, contact support to request your PayPal transfer.

• Check that URLs are correctly formatted — each URL must be on its own line and include https:// or http://.
• Verify the target page is publicly accessible — crawlers cannot index password-protected or blocked pages.
• Check robots.txt — make sure the page isn't blocking Googlebot or other crawlers.
• Enable "Verify Backlinks First" to let LinkRaptor's web crawler pre-screen URLs before submission.

Crawlers are dispatched within minutes of initiating a run. However, actual indexation (appearing in Google search results) typically takes a few hours to 48 hours, depending on the quality and authority of the target page.

Indexing is ultimately controlled by Google's proprietary algorithms. LinkRaptor's role is to maximize the speed and quality of the crawl signal sent to Google. Common reasons Google may not index a URL include thin content, crawl budget limitations on the source site, noindex tags, or low domain authority. These are factors outside our control.

On the login screen, click Forgot Password?, enter your registered email address, and follow the verification steps. You'll be prompted to set a new password directly.

It may take a few minutes for PayPal to confirm your payment and for your plan to activate. If your plan hasn't updated after 15 minutes, contact our support team with your PayPal transaction ID and we'll resolve it promptly.
